We specialize in high-end glass packaging and work alongside some of the most prestigious international brands across Wines, Spirits, Home & Beauty, Gourmet, and other premium categories.
We are currently looking for a Sales Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Home & Beauty (H&B) sector, focusing on new market development, client acquisition and long-term strategic partnerships. What will you do in your new role?
As Business Development Manager H&B, your core mission will be to identify, open, and develop new business opportunities internationally. You will be the key driver in establishing strategic relationships with brands in the H&B industry, offering tailored, innovative packaging solutions that reflect their identity and ambitions.
Main Responsibilities :
- Identify and open new markets in the Home & Beauty segment, prospecting and engaging with premium and niche brands globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target companies.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies , adapting our value proposition to the specific needs of each client and market.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful closure of deals aligned with company goals.
- Work closely with internal teams (design, product development, marketing) to co-create impactful and sustainable packaging solutions.
- Represent the company at key international trade shows and industry events , actively promoting the brand and generating qualified leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to constantly refine our commercial approach.
Who are we looking for?
A driven, ambitious and proactive hunter profile , with proven ability to develop new business in international markets. You must be customer-oriented, with strong knowledge of the H&B industry and strategic mindset.
Requirements :
Languages : French : Mandatory (C1 level or native) / English and Spanish : Advanced level (B2 / C1 minimum); Additional languages are a strong plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the packaging, cosmetics, or branded consumer goods industry.Deep understanding of Home & Beauty sector dynamics, including design, sustainability and innovation trends.Strong commercial and negotiation skills , with experience managing high value B2B contracts.Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple accounts and markets simultaneously.Education : University degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or a related field. MBA or industry-specific education is a plus.Travel availability : Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients, attend events and support business growth initiatives.
