People Data Analyst

Overview Digitize the German midmarket with us as a People Data Analyst . Work with us – a leading provider in Cloud, SAP, Microsoft, and software development – to shape future-proof IT solutions for our corporate clients.

Responsibilities Creating, analysing and presenting HR key figures (e.g. personnel expenses, absences, fluctuation) to support management

Taking on HR reporting tasks (e.g. payroll accounting, working time management)

Use and maintenance of tools such as rexx, Atoss, ADP and Power BI to record, analyse and visualise relevant HR data

Support in the implementation and optimisation of HR processes

Collaboration on HR controlling or people analytics projects

Qualifications Proven experience in creating, analyzing, and presenting key figures

Strong background in reporting with advanced Excel skills

Proficiency in Power BI; experience with additional tools such as rexx, Atoss, or ADP is an advantage

Excellent language skills in German or English (C1 level or higher)

Experience in HR controlling or people analytics projects is a plus

Strong numerical and analytical mindset

Independent, solution-oriented working style

High level of adaptability and eagerness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
