Overview

Scopely is looking for a Product Manager to join our Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona (Spain) on a hybrid basis!

We are seeking a Product Manager to help drive personalized player experiences in Monopoly GO!. This role will turn data into actionable user segments, ensure new features are scalable and segmentable, and help drive KPIs through personalization.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to design, test, and optimize systems that maximize player engagement and monetization through smart targeting and seamless feature integration.

What You Will Do

• Partner with analytics to translate data into operational personalized product experiences
• Design strategies that improve player engagement across lifecycle stages
• Ensure new features are designed with scalability and segmentation in mind
• Collaborate with feature teams to integrate segmentation logic into roadmap initiatives
• Work on experiments that test personalized experiences and measure impact on retention, engagement, and monetization
• Lead testing across verticals to ensure players are having an enjoyable experience within the game
• Stay informed on market trends and best practices in personalization and targeting
• Deep analytical thinking in all execution and delivery of insights
