Over the past 18 months, their business landscape has evolved rapidly, creating the need to scale their engineering capabilities to keep pace with growing market demand.

Strong backend engineering experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms

Proficiency in GoLang plus hands-on experience with gRPC, Terraform, and related tooling (Auth0, Datadog, TypeScript / Next.Js a plus)

Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DDD, Hexagonal Architecture) and a commitment to clean, maintainable code

Advocates for Test-Driven Development and modern engineering best practices

Skilled with Git-based workflows and collaboration tools (GitHub, CI / CD)

Professional-level English communication, written and spoken

You express ideas clearly and professionally, both in writing and speaking.

You actively seek input and turn it into actionable improvements
