Technical Sales Engineer – Industrial Equipment Installation and Relocation Services

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in selling industrial equipment installation and relocation services . This role is ideal for a mid-level sales professional familiar with the Romanian industrial market and comfortable with occasional international client interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Development : Build and manage a client portfolio in Romania’s industrial sector, identifying and nurturing relationships with prospective clients.

Market Engagement : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies.

Sales Planning : Develop and track personal commercial plans, setting achievable targets and sales goals in alignment with business objectives.

Quotation and Offer Estimation : Analyze project needs, estimate costs, and prepare client proposals, negotiating terms to close deals effectively.

Account Management : Monitor client accounts, oversee project progress, and ensure client satisfaction from project inception to delivery.

Requirements :

Experience : At least 2 years of experience in a technical sales role, ideally within the industrial equipment or engineering services sector.

Technical Background : Degree or experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred to effectively support client needs and service knowledge.

Sales Skills : Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience in client prospecting and relationship building.

Market Knowledge : Familiarity with the Spanish industrial sector is essential; some experience with international markets is a plus.

Language Skills : Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in English is required for international client interactions. French or other language would be an advantage.

Compensation :

This position offers a base salary suited to mid-level candidates and a commission-based structure to reward successful sales performance.
