Accounting Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee our global accounting operations. As an Accounting Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing statutory and tax accounting processes, performing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting requirements, including journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis of activities.

This role requires the ability to improve existing processes and support the design and implementation of new processes. You will work closely with senior leaders to bring new ideas to the business, interact with internal and external auditors, and assist with the integration of our ERP system.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, 4+ years of experience in a senior accounting position, excellent knowledge of IFRS, and good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
