✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) , with a strong focus on enterprise-scale implementations.
• Proven expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and IdentityNow , including configuration, connectors, workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Solid background in Java / BeanShell , JSON , and Terraform for rule development and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines , Azure DevOps , Git , and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) , including provisioning, access certifications, RBAC, and risk-based access controls.
• Familiarity with integrating cloud and on-prem systems via APIs, and managing hybrid identity environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills in English (C1 or higher) .
• Based in Spain (hybrid work model available).
