As an IT Systems Engineer, you will Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with company guidelines and SOP (standard operating procedure).
Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
Ensure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
Implements warranty and support activities.
Plan and implement system automation as required for better efficiency.
Design, review, document and implement policies and procedures to maintain standardization of day-to-day IT functions.
Support the employees on daily office IT operations when needed.
General software management and creation of users.
Implement security best practices, including patching, access control and policies, endpoint protection, etc.
Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure secure and reliable access to internal resources via VPN.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
2+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, monitoring tools and related technologies (macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, hardware experience).
Experience in endpoint devices management and incident management.
Vendor management experience.
Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with technical support for Slack.
Experience working with Apple devices.
Experience with JAMF.
Experience with Fortinet.
Experience with scripting languages.
Knowledge of AWS.
