Overview
As Artistic Director at VRAI, you will lead and shape the artistic direction of all marketing, including social media (IG, TikTok), email, retail stores, and advertising. You will work with a small team to create compelling content and objects that align with our brand and resonate with our audience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual stories.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the artistic cohesion and direction of all marketing, ensuring a consistent consumer experience and an elevated sense of timeless luxury.
Lead and manage a creative team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create cohesive and compelling campaigns.
Oversee the production of all content and objects, including photography, videography, graphic design, and CGI, as well as window and other displays in VRAI’s retail stores.
Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, videographers, models, stylists and other creative partners.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within non-fashion luxury.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and a keen sense of aesthetic judgment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Compensation
$80,000 - $140,000 a year. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on factors including but not limited to duties, experience, expertise, and location. Higher-level candidates may be considered with salary adjusted accordingly.
