As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for handling allocated clients from initial contact through to completion and post-sale, offering creative solutions to achieve successful deals.

You will manage the full sales cycle while maintaining and updating the CRM with client requirements and personal databases in line with commercial objectives.

Your role will involve driving business development through networking, prospecting potential listings, and cultivating relationships in assigned areas.

You will collect and verify all required property documentation, sign mediation agreements with owners, and ensure adherence to company commission policies.

Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Estepona, Marbella and Sotogrande, and surrounding areas is essential to ensure effective property listings.

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum 2 years of experience in commercial roles; residential real estate experience is a strong advantage.

You should be fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus. A valid driving license is also necessary.

A professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and results-driven approach is essential for this position.

Furthermore, you should be financially and performance-oriented, with the ability to thrive in an international team environment.

Proactive, organized, and hands-on, with flexibility to work varied hours, you will provide exceptional customer service, preferably experienced with demanding national and international clients.

Knowledge of the Costa del Sol and local property market is also desirable.
