The Opportunity
As a Network & Security Specialist, you will join the Network & Security team supporting some of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in Europe. Your mission is to ensure the design, administration and reliability of all systems that support production processes, from core IT services to industrial OT infrastructure. You will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the availability and robustness of networks that are critical to manufacturing continuity.
Relocation from other countries will not be available for this role!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical engagements : Drive the design, deployment, and integration of advanced industrial cybersecurity (OT / IT) solutions, ensuring security, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Hands-on expertise : Act as a senior technical authority for complex network and security architectures, including segmentation, firewalls, IDS / IPS, secure remote access, and industrial protocols.
- Incident response & troubleshooting : Provide expert-level (L3) support, root cause analysis, and remediation for critical OT / IT security incidents.
- Consulting & client advisory : Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them in assessing risks, designing secure architectures, and implementing cybersecurity strategies for industrial environments.
- Technical leadership : Mentor and support junior consultants, conduct technical reviews, and foster knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Continuous improvement : Identify emerging threats, technologies, and methodologies to strengthen service delivery and develop new cybersecurity offerings.
- Cross-team collaboration : Work closely with internal stakeholders and technology partners to deliver high-quality, end-to-end cybersecurity solutions.
- Future growth (mid-term) : Develop the capability to independently manage projects, coordinate technical teams, and contribute to the growth of the Network & Security practice.
Minimum Qualifications
Higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in similar rolesStrong organizational and task prioritization skillsExcellent interpersonal communication and teamworkFluent English skills (spoken and written)Nice-to-Have
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Paloalto, Fortinet, Cisco, Siemens)Experience in industrial or manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and validation requirementsWhat Makes You Successful Here
