Responsibilities :

  • Overview e-commerce sales strategy / operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions;
  • With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre;
  • Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns;
  • Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition;
  • Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales / operation strategy;
  • Using online / offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users;
  • Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce. 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred;
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills. Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment;
  • Project management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Mandarin is a must.
