Responsibilities
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
- Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
- Consolidate and build the customer base.
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
- Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
- Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
- Handle customer needs and inquiries.
Language Skills : C2 level of Spanish. Good level of English (oral and written).
Qualifications
Experience : 12 months of sales experience and customer interaction.
