IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT support specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in desktop support or similar roles. Strong skills in Windows OS, Mac OS, and Linux environments are required. Additionally, proficiency in remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques, as well as expertise in hardware diagnostics, repair, and replacements is necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users. Fluency in English and Spanish is also required.

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support for users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
• Ensure the deployment of operating systems, updates, and software packages.
• Work with the IT team to resolve and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform routine system audits and ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
