Position Wealth Manager

Location : Europe - Remote Working

Education : Level 4 qualification UK or Equivalent

Responsibilities Engage directly with clients to assess and advise on medium to long-term financial objectives.

Provide tailored advice based on clients’ nationality and location, covering areas such as Lump Sum Investing, Retirement Planning, Education Funding, Life Insurance, and Estate & Inheritance Tax Planning.

Collaborate with marketing, coordination, and paraplanning teams to facilitate daily client interactions.

Uphold high standards of compliance and professional conduct; participate in ongoing training to meet client and company expectations.

Gain access to and use a bespoke in-house CRM system developed for Wealth Managers.

Qualifications & Requirements Level 4 qualification UK or equivalent; support is provided to achieve relevant qualifications, with preference for candidates who already hold Level 4 before joining.

Experience as an Independent Advisor or Wealth Manager, or readiness to advance in the career path.

Fluency in English, proven sales capabilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

A strong interest in pursuing or advancing a career in Financial Services; highly motivated with a positive outlook.

Commitment to learning and professional development; aspiration to obtain or enhance Level 4 qualification UK or equivalent.

Ideal candidates will possess an established AUM / book of existing clients.
