Quality Improvement Engineer (m / f / d)

In Rheinmetall Expal Munitions, we are looking for an Engineer to ensure the good quality of products, services, and systems through a continuous improvement methodology. The continuous quality development will come with proper use of process monitoring, non-quality cost management, root cause analysis, use of quality core-tools, use of solving problem methodologies, creation of the proper Q-gates, and assessments. Manage and deploy quality improvement projects through all workplaces.

Functions :

• Non Quality Cost management (WP Follow-up and HQ deployment)
• Non Quality Cost analysis and global action plan
• Process improvement across scrap monitoring and analysis
• Leading the Q-reporting of WP (KPI’s) by Global Quality Scorecard Expal
• Organise Global Quality Meeting in order to share best practices and synergies, standardizing processes between WP.
• Define and follow-up Quality Strategic Plans (HQ and WP)
