We are looking for a People & Culture Trainee to be based in our Head Office in Barcelona who will work closely with the corporate People & Culture team for Europe, North Africa & Turkey supporting in different tasks as recruitment, onboarding and administration, among others. Besides this there will be room to develop yourself in exciting side projects.

Administration and project for the VP People & Culture

Currently enrolled in the last course (or just graduated) in Labour Relations and Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or similar.

Availability : 40h / week from Monday till Friday during a minimum of 6 months internship

Fluency in English (oral and written). Spanish is a big plus.

Able to manage multiple projects at a time and ability to adapt easily in fast-paced environment with deadlines.
