• 📞Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, partners, and suppliers.
• 📲Provide advice, guidance, and solutions for customer queries and incidents.
• 🤝Keep customers informed about coverage, claim status, and resolutions.
• 🛠️Make follow-up calls on claims and collections.
• 💰Apply cross-selling and retention techniques where applicable.
