• Your Role and Responsibilities
• Instalacion y mantenimiento de la herramientas de Planificacion ( BMC-Control-M).
• Identificación y resolución de incidencias y peticiones relacionados con los servicios prestados y recibidas desde herramienta de ticketing.
• Responsable de la ejecución de Peticiones y Cambios solicitados sobre la infraestructura
• Facilitarán e impulsarán el uso de prácticas ágiles para las operaciones del Squad, incluida la optimización, la identificación de cuellos de botella y la eliminación de obstáculos que afectan el rendimiento del squads en sincronismo con los Coordinadores o Team Leader del Squad.
• Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Debe tener conocimientos de planificación en BMC-Control-M Distribuidos. Versiones 9.019 en adelante.

• Altas / bajas / modificación de Job y cadenas.
• Mantenimiento y Gestión de agentes. (REinstalacion y rearranque)
• Destreza en análisis y detección de incidencias.
• Buenas prácticas en Planificación.
• Conocimientos en BBDD : SqlServer, Oracle
• Desarrollos en scripting, power Shell, etc.
• Buen manejo y destreza en sistemas operativos Linux, Wintel, Unix.
• Disponibilidad turnos L-V, M y T
• Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Se valora buen nível de inglés y conocimientos en tecnologías Azure, AWS, Cloud, etc.
