What you can look forward to in this role :

Support Senior Scientists in innovation, product development, and maintenance for protective coatings, and help generate new products and processes.

Plan, design, conduct, and report fundamental research.

Prepare experimental paints and test specimens.

Evaluate coating systems according to standards, methods, and customer specifications.

Maintain accurate records and produce quality reports.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize project impact.

What does it take to become our new team member?

University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field.

Strong chemical background.

Good project management skills.

Knowledge of paints and coatings technologies is a plus.

Proficiency in English communication.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Computer skills.
