BAR MANAGER
Telefèric Barcelona Restaurant Group, is now hiring a BAR Manager for one of our locations in UNITED STATES.
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory and cost controls, and driving profitability while maintaining a lively and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
- Supervise day-to-day activities
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff.
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
- Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
- Communicates with vendors and supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Control costs and minimize waste through portion control and effective inventory management.
- Assist with budget planning, pricing, and cost analysis.
