Summary – Basic Function of the Role

The Aftersales Coordinator ensures that all service activities are planned, executed, and invoiced efficiently, acting as the operational link between customers and internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction and support the profitability of the aftersales business.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Management of communications with the customer, updating the status of after-sales cases, to resolve technical and operational doubts and respond to requests.
• Carry out the planning and monitoring of the department's activities. Assignment and follow-up of tasks of the after-sales team. Coordination of work with the rest of the departments (engineering, production, warehouse, administration).
• Coordinate the shipment of materials and the invoicing of business cases, once they have been executed.
