Real Estate Broker

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Broker located in Marbella. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing property, transactions, liaising between sellers and buyers, and conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. Daily tasks include showing properties, negotiating sales, preparing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Fluent in the English language
• Brokerage and Real Estate skills
• Superior Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of Real Property
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• A proven track record in real estate sales is a plus
• Valid real estate broker license
• Ability to work on-site in Marbella
• 30€ Daily
