Pure relaxation! As a spa receptionist, you welcome our guests in the wellness area and set the foundation for a perfect feel‑good experience. In your job at the spa reception, you direct and organize the appointments for the WellFit® spa area and spread your positive, well‑balanced attitude – to the guests as well as the team!

You don’t just take care of your area but also support other departments, such as during the arrival and departure coordination, the evening shows or gala cocktails. Of course you get help at the spa reception in return : You can count on the help of your colleagues – e.g. from the restaurant – during your special WellFit® activities, such as a beauty or sauna night.

For your new job as a spa receptionist, you should bring your passion and the following :

• Ideally, job experience in the field of cosmetics or massage / physical therapy.
• High orientation towards quality and service.
• Above‑average commitment and sensitivity towards guests.
• Enjoyment of interacting with guests.
