After joining the Wallbox Group in 2022, ARES Electronics has become one of the leading electronics assemblers in the metropolitan area of Barcelona. With over 10 years of experience, more than 80 employees, and excellent EMS service, Wallbox partnered with ARES from the beginning, making it one of our main electronic assemblers, ensuring quality, flexibility, and speed to market in the industry.

With more than 70 employees and various services such as SMD assembly, AOI optical inspection, conventional THT assembly, and after-sales service, among others, ARES has increased its service capacity in recent years, serving clients from a variety of sectors.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics (EMS) and a solid understanding of processes. Reporting directly to the COO, this role will be crucial in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term client relationships across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to meet revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market analysis, forecast sales trends, and report regularly to the executive team.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality departments to deliver competitive technical-commercial proposals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract agreements with major clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the electronics or PCB manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing sales teams.
  • Solid technical knowledge of PCB and PCBA products and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as French or German are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area
