What You'll Be Doing : Core Responsibilities
As the primary owner of your assigned mid-sized accounts, you will be responsible for driving success across the entire customer lifecycle :
- End-to-End Account Ownership : Strategically develop, manage, and execute the sales strategy for your German-speaking accounts, focusing on both new customer acquisition and maximizing retention and growth within the existing base.
- Pipeline & Target Achievement : Aggressively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities, including pursuing whitespace accounts and driving sales for our full product portfolio ( PC++, Displays, Headsets, Care Packs, and Print Transactional Sales ).
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key contacts via phone and digital channels, strategically elevating discussions and ensuring an outstanding customer experience .
- Solution Leadership : Lead the solution-building process, coordinating closely with internal specialists (presales, technical consultants) and external Channel partners to present and deliver tailored solutions.
- Commercial Management : Manage all aspects of pricing, negotiation, compliance, and sales closure, always prioritizing profitability .
- Collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with our Channel team and internal experts, and manage post-sales activities like renewals, driving strategic cross-sell and upsell based on customer needs.
Essential Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated professional who meets these core criteria :
Language Proficiency : Bilingual German (C2) is mandatory for client engagement. B2 English is required for internal communication.Experience : A minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience (e.g., Account Management, Inside Sales) with a proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio.Legal Status : You must possess a valid Spanish Residence Card or European Union (EU) ID that permits working legally in Spain.Skills : Proven expertise in negotiation, communication, and presentation . Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for pipeline success.Industry Interest : A strong interest in or prior experience within the High-Tech, IT, or Telecommunications industry is a significant advantage.Benefits & Logistics
