What You’ll Do

As an IT Delivery Manager , you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of GPM Horizon , our flagship platform for monitoring and asset management in renewable energy. Horizon enables real‑time data visualization, performance analytics, and operational control across diverse energy assets.

You’ll oversee delivery across multiple initiatives—such as Solar, Wind, Battery Energy Storage (BES), Delphi, Resource Panorama, WindFarmer, and new Horizon clusters—ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & align on complex projects, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and resources.
• Bridge & translate between clients, stakeholders, product teams, and engineering, ensuring business needs are understood and translated into actionable plans.
• Collaborate & coordinate across multidisciplinary teams (engineering, product, design, business).
• Resolve & improve by proactively identifying risks, removing blockers, and continuously improving delivery processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Communicate & engage by providing clear, consistent updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels.
