Affsmedia is looking for an experienced Account Manager to create long-term trusting relationships with our B2B partners.
We are a boutique start-up company developing technology for online marketing in the fast-paced eCommerce industry.
As part of your role, you will be in charge of developing strong relationships with our B2B partners, answering their queries, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients' needs and objectives.
- Develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Required skills :
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – MustExperience with Online marketing – MustBA / BS degree in Business Administration , Marketing or relevant field – AdvantageStrong skills in Excel & Google sheets - AdvantageExperience with the eCommerce industry – AdvantageExcellent people skills and intuition of clients' business needs.Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.The ability to work independently and within a team.Proven work experience as an Account manager, Key account manager, Sales account manager, Junior account manager, Customer success or relevant role
