Process Improvement Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to drive business growth by optimizing processes and improving efficiency.
About the Role :
- Develop and implement process improvement projects based on 6 sigma tools and best practices.
- Lead industrialization projects, ensuring timely completion and approved capital expenditure.
- Support the introduction of new models and processes into production lines.
- Identify and manage Operating Cost Savings (OCS) projects, reporting and monitoring results versus plant targets.
- Conduct Process Standardization audits and manage action plans.
- Manage PFMA and Control Plan documentation.
- Collaborate with the site digitalization project team.
- Support the QA department in root cause analysis for customer quality claims.
