The Cloud Security Architect (m / f / d) is responsible for designing the overall cloud security strategy, defining policies, and ensuring that cloud environments are resilient to evolving threats. They work with development and engineering teams, IT Teams and compliance teams to create a secure cloud architecture.

LOCATION : Please note that the

working location for this position will be in Madrid city centre , where we are currently setting up a new office location. Until the office is fully set-up within the next few months, you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home-office and continue with a hybrid working model afterwards. This position is not a fully remote position, and an onsite presence will be required once our office location is ready.

Creating passion : your responsibilities

• Design secure Multi-Cloud and Hybrid Environments that align with business needs and industry best practices
• Define and Maintain a Secure Multi-Cloud Architecture Framework
• Support Cloud First Approach and Conduct Security Assessment in Cloud Environments / Projects
• Select and Oversee the implementation of cloud security tools (e.G. CSPM, CASB)
• Provide technical leadership by guiding teams on secure cloud adoption and risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct cloud security assessments and threat modeling to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
• Adopt and promote a security-by-design approach with the different stakeholders
• Work with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate security controls into cloud environments and CI / CD pipelines
• Actively contribute to the Coporate Information Security architecture community, sharing insights and best practices
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulations

Contributing your strengths : your qualifications

CISSP, SABSA, as well as Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
