We are looking for an experienced Operations Project Manager to join our Consulting Services (Life Science & Healthcare) Operations team in Barcelona. Our team works at the intersection of business, project management and operations, providing operational support across different layers of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage projects for the Consulting Service organization, leading all project phases from planning to delivery and stabilization.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues.
• Monitor and report project progress, including budget and resource management.
• Coach and train project team members on project management processes, methodology and best practices.
• Define and support reporting and operational processes within the Consulting Service organization.
• Oversee a Service Line / business unit operational landscape, interacting with leadership team to ensure the targets are met.
• Provide operational support to the Service line, troubleshooting and identifying areas of impact and championing best practices.
• Responsible for the implementation of new processes, process enhancements and business integrations, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August). The position is hybrid, going to our office in Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.
