Our client is part of the largest multinational group operating in the utilities market, characterised by a global presence and a revenue of several billion. The company is involved in a global plan for the innovation of electrical grids, with a strong focus on sustainability and zero-emission solutions.

The Digital Solutions BU is the protagonist of this technical revolution plan and is currently the driving force behind the design and implementazione of all new solutions such as Data Intelligence, Cloud, Remote Control and Automation.

The company is currently expanding its workforce in Spain and has branches all over the world (headquarters in Italy).

Your New Role

We are currently looking for the first KAM in Spain, the candidate will be responsible for the commercial start-up of the region and for the definition of the new business development strategy.

In the day-by-day, the applicant will work on expanding the client portfolio (50%) and nourishing the existing one with cross / up-selling initiatives (50%).

The final goal is to create a diversified portfolio, composed both of big accounts and local DSOs (Distribution System Operators).

What You Need to Succeed

We require at least 4–5 years of experience in similar roles and in the energy market / multy-utilities.

We’ll also appreciate (but it’s not necessary) familiarity with smart grid or tech products.

Excellent communication skills will be essential, as well as a good level of Spanish and English (all the interviews will be exclusively held in English).
