As a Customer Experience Digital Global Search Application Manager, you will hold a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing a customer-centric global search application for the company.

Responsibilities :

• Develop an in-depth understanding of customer search behaviour, preferences, and pain points.
• Design, implement, and maintain a customer-centric global search architecture that leverages AI and semantic search solutions.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of the digital global search application by monitoring performance, conducting tests, and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate advanced search algorithms and AI technologies for improved search relevance and accuracy.
• Define and manage projects related to the digital global search application, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX / UI designers, data scientists, and developers, to implement AI-driven search enhancements.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into the search application's evolution.
