This position is critical in aligning with EMEA strategic priorities and business goals to enable business growth across the Southern Europe (SEUR) region. The Digital Marketing Specialist SEUR will drive the digital marketing strategy for France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. This person will create and execute the digital programs, including analytics setup, lead generation workflows and lead follow-up by sales, prospect nurturing strategies, and channel and end-customer engagement initiatives.Your main activities will include : Digital Marketing Strategy and ExecutionImplement and optimize EMEA campaigns in SEURDevelop and implement integrated digital marketing programs across channelsCreate together with the team the SEUR digital roadmap, best practices and programsLead Generation and Conversion OptimizationOptimize lead generation and conversion strategies by refining key touchpoints in the marketing funnelUnderstand how the right customer data and integration enables smarter and more efficient marketingCoordinating and monitoring digital lead generation activitiesData Analysis and ReportingMeasure lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness to ensure continuous improvements and ROIMonitor all activities, create custom dashboards and suggest actions for improving campaignsOptimize conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads to the sales teamMonitor and report on competitive digital performance and activitiesDigital Marketing Education and Vendor ManagementOversee the digital marketing budget for the SEUR region, ensuring resources are allocated effectivelyDrive education and upskilling of digital competencies within SEUR, serve as Axis platform expert and schedule periodic trainingsEvaluate the needs of the market and research customer trendsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for a driven and self-motivated team player with high ambitions and an ability to act efficiently. We see that this person has a strong analytical, data driven and precise mindset and great understanding of the marketing profession. The person needs to have the ability to manage time and prioritize. Great communication and collaboration skills are key when working together with the SEUR marketing and sales team, but also within the EMEA organization. Moreover, we are looking for someone who is aligned with the Axis Core Values!Apart from this, we would like you to see if you have / are : Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in digital marketing in the B2B sectorProven record of driving business growth, lead generation, and meeting KPI’sExperience developing integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channelsHave strong expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Sales NavigatorFamiliarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot)Excellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teamsData-driven mindset with a passion for analyticsDemonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken)It will be an advantage if you have / are : Experience working in the IT or security sectorFluent in French or ItalianWHAT CAN AXIS OFFER?At Axis, you will be working within an international organization surrounded by enthusiastic people in an open-minded and innovative culture.
