Major Data Centre Senior Project Manager (F / M) Construction

Atlantis HR is looking for a Major Data Centre Senior Project Manager (F / M) #Construction in Madrid for a client, an international design and construction group specialising in complex buildings .

Working on design and construction projects, your role is to guide the entire project towards success . Your main tasks include :

Being the client’s main contact for the commercial, contractual, and project relationship.

Leading the design phase in collaboration with our teams of French specialists.

Coordinating the construction work with on-site engineers and sub-contractors.

Managing all internal project stakeholders.

Overseeing operations prior to acceptance and commissioning.

Managing the financial and timing aspects of the overall project.

As a Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil engineer, you should have a minimum of 15 years of experience on large industrial building projects with high technical value and tight deadlines. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and a good level of French would be a plus.
