Overview

Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe, is seeking a highly involved and committed professional to support the HSE department in factory safety tasks. The successful candidate will have strategic vision, adaptability to change, and great motivation and initiative to drive ambitious projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work permits, opening of incidents and OPS.
  • Factory signage, review of work equipment, supervision of internal and contractor work, control of PPE in the factory.
  • Preparation of prevention documentation (Work Procedures, Risk Assessments...).
  • Control of CAE tool for the coordination of business activities.
  • Monitoring of safety projects, support for emergency drills and emergency measures in the factory.
  • Carrying out IPS preventive safety inspections, carrying out check-lists of eyewashes, ladders...
  • Investigation of accidents in the field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Certificate of occupational risk prevention (PRL).
  • High English level.
  • Soft skills : proactive, people-oriented, self-starter. Good communication skills. Results oriented.
