Petcare Growth Digital Platform team is in search of an experienced Integration Project & Delivery Analyst. The Integrations Project & Delivery Analyst will support and drive GDP integrations project delivery by managing end-to-end coordination, technical requirements, and stakeholder communication—ensuring successful deployment of system integrations across all the GDP Products.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and support the delivery of the GDP integration projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
- Coordinate with internal GDP teams (Product, Engineering, DevOps) and external stakeholders (Mars IHub Team, Mars Platforms and Mars Network Teams).
- Drive alignment on timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables across cross-functional and cross-product teams.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication in English across global stakeholders.
- Maintain high-quality documentation for integration specifications, project tracking, and post-implementation review.
- Support continuous improvement of integration delivery processes, templates, and dashboards.
- Work flexibly across time zones to ensure effective coordination of global projects.
- Review periodically Squad performance and Squad capacity and ensure this is in line with incoming activities for the GDP Program.
- Requirement Analysis : collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements, analyse business processes, and identify integration points between source and target systems.
- Maintain planning, risks, and issues for all integrations-related activities (source / target applications + external partners + integrations hub).
- Participate in all important squad ceremonies (backlog review, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective)
- Risk Management : Identify integration risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor implementation to minimize disruptions and delays.
