Overview
Join Group-IPS, an international company with in‑house engineering and specialized services across project management for industries, automation, and architecture. We are looking for a Project Engineer to work on projects ranging from small improvements to large industrial constructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management & Communication : act as primary point of contact with clients, present progress reports to clients and senior management.
- Project Planning & Execution : develop detailed project schedules, define key milestones, monitor progress, coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Budget & Cost Management : manage project budgets ranging between €2M and €30M, optimize costs while maintaining quality.
- Engineering Scope & Technical Oversight : manage projects involving new production lines, major packaging and bottling changes, feasibility studies; interface with architecture, engineering, logistics, sustainability, digitalization, and consulting teams.
- Compliance & Risk Management : ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry legislation; identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks.
- Permitting & Procurement : experience in permitting and procurement processes is considered an asset.
Requirements
Education : Industrial / Civil / Chemical engineer.Experience : minimum 5 years of relevant experience on industrial projects, preferably in Food / Beverages / Engineering / Life Sciences.Languages : Fluency in Spanish and English is required; French or German is an asset.Specific Knowledge : PC‑literate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project; AutoCAD; Driver License B.Key Skills : analytical and problem‑solving skills; organization and time management; multidisciplinary team management; effective communication with stakeholders.Benefits
