We are looking for a self-motivated, commercially aware and results-driven Business Development Manager to join us at Magicard by Brady, where you will drive growth in the west region (Benelux, France, South, North Africa) and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including RFP responses and contract negotiations, while maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular sales forecasts and admin duties as required.
You will be responsible for driving strategic sales in line with revenue and growth targets set each fiscal year.
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, taking corrective action via relationships, negotiation and out of the box thinking.
Identifying and on boarding new business partners (Distributors, VAR’s and Resellers) or customers that would buy our products.
Conducting thorough market research to understand the customers, competition, market, industry, trends and applying your knowledge to adjust your sales approach.
Representing Magicard by Brady at sales or Customer events to increase our brand presence, ROI and sales.
Skills and Experience you need :
5 years of experience in a similar position including proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the ID card market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with all stakeholders
Self-motivation, target-drive and proactivity, be capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of performance
Experience with integrators, access control, security, or asset management technologies is a plus
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across the territory, including regular overnight stays and international travel
Strong objection handling skills
Proficiency in English is a must
