We are currently seeking an OU Business Partner for the IBAME (Iberia, Africa & Middle East) region to be based in our central offices in Madrid. This full-time role involves leading supply chain matters within the OU and undertaking non-catalogue local procurement when not managed by Global / EMEA Sourcing Teams. The role works with (dotted line) the part-time Supply Chain Country Business Partners in the associated countries. Functions : Supply Chain Point of Contact :

Provide a single point of contact for all supply chain topics, including savings plans, LE payment terms, and other initiatives, working closely with OU and country leadership to meet customer needs and expectations. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, local meetings, feedback, change management, and supporting works council activities. Non-Catalog Sourcing :

Lead non-catalog sourcing in the OU, ensuring prompt support and competitive procurement, including RFQs, supplier performance analysis, onboarding, contract signing, and local agreements. Collaboration with Sourcing Teams :

Support EMEA and global category sourcing teams regarding agreements and opportunities, and work to convert non-catalog purchases into standard catalogs. Process Compliance :

Follow standard work processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and work towards transitioning local spend to catalog (aiming for 80%). KPI Monitoring :

Track non-catalog KPIs, report monthly scorecards, analyze root causes of misses, and implement corrective actions. Support Request Management :

Lead the OU support request platform, directing requests appropriately. Leadership :

Oversee GBS resources managing Source to Pay processes, monitor KPIs, support escalations, and ensure efficient operations. Requirements : MBA / MA / MS with 1 year of experience or BA / BS with 5 years of experience. Proven leadership in managing procurement teams, achieving quality, cost, and service targets. Excellent cross-functional communication skills. Ownership and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Global JDE & associated systems (K2), Microsoft Office tools. Ability to work with diverse teams including Field Operations, Engineering, and Supplier Quality. Supportive team player. English C1; additional European languages are a plus.
