About the role : Client Growth Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans, managing contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will act as a liaison between the customer and our organization, overseeing contract management and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
Main Responsibilities :
- Develop strategic business plans for key clients.
- Manage relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
- Analyze sales data and forecast future sales.
- Independently manage project activities.
- Address challenges in client relationships.
- Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG Food industry.Valid driver's license.Key Skills :
