Renewals Support (English+French Or Italian)

We are looking for two Renewals Support positions for an important software company located in Barcelona. One of the positions requires knowledge of English and French, and the other requires knowledge of English and Italian.

Responsabilities :

• Understand customers / local requirements.
• Update Salesforce CRM.
• Create support case, follow up with internal teams.
