• About the role

• Your responsibilities
• : - Provide practical, effective, sound legal advice to the Marketing and Sales department on marketing activities and initiatives, product launches, advertising materials, campaigns, and promotions in the Iberia Region.- Interact with the R&D department and thoroughly advise on product testing protocols and standards.- Advise all Reckitt departments on competition law, commercial law, IP, labour law, data privacy, consumer products regulation, and corporate law.- Implement and manage Reckitt compliance programs, focusing on antitrust, commercial policies (pricing, promotions), Code of Conduct and 231 Organizational Model.- Negotiate and draft commercial, distribution, consultancy, collaboration, and co-promotion contracts meeting Reckitt's business needs and strategies.- Keep updated on legislative changes recommending company adaptation and compliance.- Manage litigations and disputes, including the management of external counsels within the budget constraints.- Provide training to personnel, such as Competition Law, Reckitt's Policies and Procedures, and Compliance.- Perform any other work-related duties and tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
• The experience we're looking for
• : - Spanish-qualified lawyer- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualified experience as an in-house lawyer an / or in a law firm, familiarized with the FMCG industry. Knowledge of the pharma business is a strong plus;- Solid knowledge and understanding of the legal and regulatory framework in the following areas of law : Advertising, Consumer protection, Commercial / Contract, and Competition Law; and- Extensive experience dealing with senior business leaders and working in an international environment is an advantage
