Team Lead - Remote

We are looking for a Freelance Cybersecurity Lead to join an international project with a global automotive company . This is a remote position from Spain offering the opportunity to lead the cybersecurity strategy and drive the transformation of security practices across the organization.

Define and implement the global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals.

Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.

Coordinate incident response and collaborate with global teams.

Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for employees.

Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership roles in the industrial sector.

Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and industrial security.

Familiarity with threat intelligence, risk management, and security frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2).

Proficient in Spanish and English
