Project Manager (Animación)

At Grupo Planeta , we are looking for a Project Manager (animación y ficción) to join our DeaPlaneta team at our offices in Barcelona.

Mission : We are looking for a Production Manager responsible for overseeing all coproductions from the client side, working closely and reporting to the Head of Production. The role involves scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, managing partner teams, and fostering communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Scheduling : Developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Communication and Reporting : Communicating with stakeholders and studio partners, preparing production reports, and providing updates on progress and issues.
• Budget Management : Estimating costs, monitoring and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities. Ensuring production stays within financial constraints.
• Reporting and Documentation : Tracking project progress from the client side, preparing regular status reports to HOP, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
