Overview

Project Manager IT | Technology Project Director

The successful candidate will lead and oversee the deployment of a cutting-edge technology system across our organization in Spain. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on-time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess :

  • A minimum of 10 years\' experience in technology project management, preferably in major and multi-cultural organizations.
  • Strong experience in technology rollout and migration from other systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of technology architecture, landscape, and interfaces.
  • Considerable knowledge of data privacy demands and security requirements.

    • Desirable Skills

  • Ability to manage scope, budget, planning, and security demands through steering committees and regular meetings.
  • Excellent interpersonal management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English.

    • What We Offer

    We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including target salary : 55,000 / Max 65,000 OR 400€ / day as a freelance.

    Preferred Experience

    PeopleSoft Rollout in Spain.

    Location

    Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid work arrangement with 1 or 2 days at the office per week).
