Senior Restaurant Operations Leader

Overview Job Title : Senior Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experience and service standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring efficient service flow and pace

Lead by example, driving high standards and energizing the team during service

Collaborate closely with senior management to improve operational efficiency and staff development

Conduct pre-shift briefings, manage live issues on the floor, and maintain high service standards throughout

Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous coaching of staff members

Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and brand protocols

Qualifications Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume setting

Background in fast casual, chain, or burger restaurants preferred

Strong leadership presence with ability to motivate and direct large teams

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Fluency in English is necessary
