Project Manager Construction Spain

Your role

Fastned is expanding its network of fast charging stations in Spain and is looking to strengthen its local construction team with a Project Manager to support us in bringing construction projects to life.

Managing applications for grid connections

Ordering materials and processing invoices

Managing budgets and schedules

Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, especially regarding permitting and authorizations

You will be in close contact with the local team (such as architects, construction managers, and network development managers) as well as stakeholders within the international organization.

This role will involve visiting business partners or sites, demonstrating negotiation skills, a hands-on mentality, high-quality standards, and an eye for detail. You will also support the network development team in site evaluations and due diligence.

Training and onboarding

Electric mobility might be new territory for you, but no worries! During onboarding, you will participate in exciting workshops to learn everything important about electric mobility and fast charging infrastructure. We look forward to welcoming you to our innovative and rapidly growing company!

Who we are looking for

You are a team player with the ability to think independently, take initiative, and responsibility. You are open to learning from mistakes and think like a founder. Additionally, you meet the following criteria :

Degree in engineering, business, or equivalent

Strong technical affinity

Ability to work structured and prioritize tasks efficiently

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Willingness to travel within Spain and abroad

Fluency in Spanish and English

Driving license

Genuine interest in the energy transition and Fastned's mission
