Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Project Assistant to join our dynamic Dutch team. The successful candidate will support renovation projects from first client contact to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities Plan and coordinate job site visits in the Benelux region.

Monitor and translate communication between colleagues and clients throughout projects.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth communication with clients.

Track project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.

Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and other necessary documents.

Promote a positive and productive work environment, encourage teamwork, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications Previous administration or coordination experience in an office or construction environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Native-level knowledge of Dutch (required).
