SENIOR AIV ENGINEER

We´re expanding our team at Alén Space, and are looking for a Senior AIV engineer; with passion in what you do , talented and experienced; to lead our Mission Control Center team and help build the future of space technology.

You will be part of a large number of nanosatellite missions within the company's AIV team. This area is responsible for carrying out all tasks related to verifying compliance with spacecraft requirements as well as their integration and final verification , including all necessary tests. You will plan and coordinate the activities to be executed by other members of the AIV team and will also participate in the evolution of Alén Space's predefined nanosatellite platforms.

What you will be doing?

• Definition of the verification plan from the start phase of each mission.
• Coordination of the development of AIV procedures and specification of AIV tools and Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
• Coordination and monitoring of manufacturing and validation activities.
• Lead environmental tests (thermal-vacuum, vibrations, etc.) and launch campaigns.
• Product Assurance support (non-conformity management).
